Our Voices

At HFHC we support and empower Our Voices, a group of individuals with Learning Disabilities who represent everyone using our services.

At regular meetings, discussions lead to decisions about their daily lives and how their service is run.  They have their own budget for social events and are in the process of opening their own bank account.

Some of the Our Voices events and activities include:

• Presenting at the Lincolnshire Learning Disability Partnership Board Annual Conference
• Joining in interview panels recruiting for new staff
• Checking easy-read documents, to assist with communication
• Planning annual HFHC social events, including our May Ball and Summer BBQ
