Training

At HFHC our comprehensive training programme empowers our staff to provide exceptional support for those using our services. 

Our four week Induction training delivers confidence and skills to staff.  It encompasses the Learning Disability Qualification (LDQ), certified by Open College Network.

Mandatory and in-house training lead to the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ).

Refresher training and additional specific training ensure we respond positively to the changing needs of each individual we support.  

Our training programmes are delivered at our Training Suite, and are designed to be a pathway to career progression.
