Just another day

International Day of Persons with Disabilities has been observed around the world on December 3rd since 1992 – yet the incredible achievements of the individuals we are privileged to support are recognised daily.

At Home From Home Care we experience the successes of individuals with very differing needs including autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, PMLD and complex health needs.

The ethos at HFHC is to ensure every individual is able to live a fulfilling and active life and to meet personal aspirations regardless of their complex needs, through activities tailored specifically to unique needs, interests and personalities.

Whatever the goal, we strive to ensure it can be enjoyed – whether that be listening to music, painting, woodwork, swimming, horse riding, helping in the community or something else. The days at HFHC are sociable, fun and active – no two days are ever the same!
