In Bardney, a village east of Lincoln, there are 4 registered services: The Hawthorns & The Berries, The Brambles, The Hollies and The Oaks – a Specialist Integration Home.
The Hawthorns has its own Hub, Bardney Day Opportunities, incorporating an activity centre and sensory room. These excellent facilities are accessed by all those living in Home From Home Care, as by our Day Opportunities service, which supports people living in the community.
The Hawthorns is registered for 9 individuals: the original house is home to 7 individuals with a range of complexities and The Berries is 2 apartments and pathway service for more independent living.
The Brambles is registered for 6 individuals: it is comprised of two separate but linked 3 apartment homes for individuals who have sensory impairments and very high levels of vulnerability.
The Hollies is comprised of 2 apartments registered for 2 individuals: this service supports individuals with very complex autism, mental health issues and PICA.
The Oaks is registered for 6 individuals: it is a Specialist Integration
Home comprising two separate but linked homes. If appropriate, each person’s living space can also be entirely self-contained so the home can function as 6 independent units. This home is totally flexible and can support even the most complex individual.
