We are now the largest parent-led niche provider in the country, supporting Individuals across 5 locations in Lincolnshire. Due to our current growth, we are recruiting for an HR professional to our progressive Integrated Management Support team at our Lincolnshire based homes.

The Role

  • To work within a fast paced, dynamic and developing team to complete a wide range of HR tasks within our Lincolnshire based homes and our office in Lincoln
  • To build relationships with home managers, staff and other departments to maintain a One Team Working and person-centred approach to care delivery
  • To support, mentor and coach the staffing teams and home managers
  • To support the development and innovation of processes and best practice

The Person

  • Previous experience within an managerial position is preferred.
  • Previous experience of working within a care setting would be beneficial although not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise and engage with key business stakeholders
  • Confident in working to tight deadlines and delivering high quality support in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm and approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated and passionate about ensuring their role is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly, including some early mornings, late nights and weekend working
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Driving license essential due to travel between the homes
