The role:

· To support colleagues with signposting for mental health, physical health and financial support

· To continually develop a range of wellbeing initiatives which contribute towards employee wellbeing

· To collate data to support with enhancing our wellbeing strategy by looking at trends and themes

· Liaising with third parties such as Occupational Health and medical professionals

The Person:

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise and engage with key business stakeholders

· Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, including some early mornings, late nights and weekend working as part of a rota

· Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work

· Self-motivated and passionate about ensuring the role is completed efficiently and effectively

· Driving license essential due to travel between the locations
