Vicarage Lodge

Specially designed for wheelchair users with profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD), Vicarage Lodge is home to three individuals. The lodge offers a very personalised environment which feels homely and comfortable while also offering state of the art integrated tracking systems. The activity and sensory room are housed in a separate building which individuals are able to access.

Located in the grounds of The Old Vicarage, The Mews Cottages are a pathway service for three individuals with complex needs who benefit from living more independently with varying levels of support. Each property has its own kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom.

A beautiful home for 11 individuals, The Old Vicarage is two connected but self-contained homes. The ground floor is home to five individuals with additional complex physical needs, while the first floor accommodates six individuals with a range of complex needs including mental health issues.

Orchard Lodge

Consisting of two separate but connected three person homes for individuals with autism, epilepsy and associated mental health issues, Orchard Lodge is registered for six individuals. For some individuals, the home is also a pathway service that provides more independent living.

The Reeds

A specialist integration home for eight individuals, The Reeds can comprise of two separate but linked homes or eight independent units, with each individual’s living space made entirely self-contained. This level of flexibility means the home can support individuals with even the most complex needs. The activity centre and sensory room can be accessed in a separate building.

A two-storey home that’s configured as two separate but connected homes for 11 individuals, each with their own self-contained apartments and communal kitchen/living areas. The ground floor is a self-contained home for six individuals with additional complex physical needs, while the first floor is a self-contained home for a group of five compatible individuals with a range of complex needs.

Cherry Tree Lodge

Cherry Tree Lodge is designed to support a group of individuals with varying levels of vulnerability and a wide range of conditions including autism, epilepsy and complex physical and mental health. Supporting nine individuals in total, the lodge consists of two separate but interconnected homes; one for five individuals and the other for four. This enables those who wish to live in a more communal or social environment to do so without imposing on those who wish to live more separately. The home also includes an activity centre and sensory room.

The Laurels is a four-bedroom supported living accommodation which is ideal for individuals with complex care needs who are able to live with a high level of independence.

The Oaks

The Oaks is a specialist integration service which offers two homes for six individuals. If appropriate, each person’s living space can be entirely self-contained, meaning it can also function as six independent units. This flexibility means it can support a range of individuals, including those with the most complex needs.

The Hawthorns is a beautiful house located off Station Road that’s home to seven individuals with a range of complex needs. The Berries is a pathway service on the same site which has two apartments for individuals who are able to live more independently. The Hawthorns also has an Activity Hub for individuals from across Home From Home Care.

These cottages, located in the grounds of The Old Hall, are a pathway service for individuals with complex needs who benefit from both a high level of independence and a high level of support. The Mews Cottages can accommodate three individuals who are welcome to make use of The Old Hall, as well as our activity centre and sensory room.

The Old Hall & The Annex

The Old Hall is a two-storey converted farmhouse that accommodates adults with a range of care requirements, including those with high physical support needs, epilepsy and autism. The main farmhouse offers seven apartments while the Annex, which adjoins The Old Hall, has three apartments.
