Home from Home Care is excited to announce that the rota options below are now being trialed from 1st July 2021:
The Original
Days | A mixture of early and late shifts with one long day per week. Working every other weekend. |
Nights | A mixture of early and late shifts with one long day per week. Working every other weekend. |
3 On, 3 Off
Days | 3 consecutive 12.5 hour shifts followed by 3 days off. Contracted hours of 43.75 hours per week giving annual leave entitlement of 245 hours. Each day booked off uses 12.5 hours of leave. |
Nights | 3 consecutive 10 hour shifts followed by 3 days off. Contracted hours of 35 hours per week giving annual leave entitlement of 196 hours. Each day booked off uses 10 hours of leave. |
4 On, 4 Off
Nights only | 4 consecutive 10 hour shifts followed by 4 days off. Contracted hours of 35 hours per week giving an annual leave entitlement of 196 hours. Each day booked uses 10 hours of leave. |
Continental Shifts
Days only | 4 long days one week and 3 the next. Contracted hours will increase to 43.75 hours per week giving an annual leave entitlement of 245 hours. Each day booked off uses 12.5 hours of leave. |
