Home From Home Care’s transformative data-driven system impressed judges from across the UK, who were on the hunt for a company who could evidence the positive outcomes of their product or service that uses technology for the betterment of society.
Developed in-house, Home From Home Care’s high-tech system, named NewModel of Care, empowers its people to deliver outstanding therapeutic services – tailored to each individual in its care. Real-time data analysis and management support is accessed from a centralised hub – preventing unsustainable workloads, enabling staffing issues to be resolved instantly and helping to identify opportunities for improving the wellbeing of each individual.
The prestigious awards were held at the Epic Centre at Lincolnshire Showground on 16th December 2021, hosted by BBC North West Tonight presenter Richard Askam.
