Home From Home Care was created by parents to offer a range of services, including residential placements and day care, to adults with learning disabilities and special needs.

We provide needs-led support to young people with a learning disability and complex needs including autism, epilepsy, PMLD and high vulnerability.

We focus on meeting individual needs, goals and aspirations, with an exceptional staff team who provide dedicated support within high quality environments and in the community.
