We are committed to delivering high quality services and demonstrating continuous improvement.
We measure quality by the improvement in outcomes for each person using the service.
We seek their views on our service and what we need to do to improve it, which is central to our quality assurance process.
To achieve this we employ a range of methodologies which help us identify the views of the individual and other stakeholders and shows how we are using that information to improve service delivery.
Some of the ways we are currently doing this are questionnaires, discussions, local groups and advocacy support.
