Home From Home Care are excited to be attending the Fragile X Society Family Conference on the 23rd-24th September 2017 at the Thomley Centre, Worminghall. Marketing Manager, Anna Selby-Wells will be there to share experiences of transition into adult services from a personal perspective and answer all of your questions. This is a fantastic opportunity to find out more about our specialist residential provision for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The Family Conference is the first event of its kind held by the Fragile X Society along with the Thomley Centre. The inclusive family event will provide the opportunity to learn more about your options and hear expert speakers. There are fun activities available for all ages and abilities including bubble stations, adapted bicycles, a zip wire and a newly refurbished sensory room.
