Our ONE TEAM culture means it doesn’t matter where you’re from, your background or ethnicity…we are a single team. It is this culture that makes a world of difference to the individuals, as well as creating a positive ONE TEAM working environment.

Diversity at Home From Home Care is something that brings a real richness to all our lives and to the individuals. 

Our ONE TEAM represents a wide range of religions, cultures, and backgrounds. We ensure cultural and religious events are planned into our practices to ensure everyone feels valued.

Our dedicated Wellbeing Team is at the heart of our organisation, with all members trained in mental health first aid to support colleagues through work and personal challenges.

Currently, 40% of colleagues actively engage with the Wellbeing Team and 32% have received support through risk assessment or adjustments – from neurodiversity support plans to epilepsy monitors, helping colleagues work safely and confidently.

We also know flexibility is important, with 46% of our team having caring responsibilities. That’s why flexible work is central to our culture, helping balance work and personal life.

We are always looking at ways we can develop and adapt to the needs of the individuals we support and our colleagues.

Using the anonymized Equality, Diversity and Inclusion data from the Zone Standard Portal we can track progress, spot trends, ensure fairness, and improve how we support the ONE TEAM.

We’re committed to building ONE TEAM where everyone feels respected and can thrive, no matter their background or identity.
