Helping Keep Our Coastline Clean & Beautiful

We love days out at Skegness, so what better way to give back than to organise an afternoon beach clean.

Armed with bin bags, litter grabbers, gloves and team spirit, we scoured the sands for wrappers, cans and bottle-tops to help clean up our local coastline.

Working in small groups, everyone got stuck in – taking a stretch of beach and quickly filling bags full of rubbish after a busy summer season.

With bags disposed of, it was off to the Trawler’s Catch for a well-earned fish and chip tea by the sea! This was even more rewarding, having played a part looking after the coastline we love to spend time at.
