Supporting independence
For some individuals, Home From Home Care is a pathway towards a setting where they can live with an even greater level of independence.
We are continuously reviewing and understanding an individual’s evolving needs, their wellbeing, and adapting or finding the right setting to encourage their independence and enhance their sense of self-worth and fulfilment.
NEXT STEP Services can also be the pathway into other community-based services beyond Home From Home Care – such as supported living accommodation.
As an individual benefits from our therapeutic approach and their needs change, these may become more appropriate options.
