The Role
As Business Development Manager you will play a vital role in the next exciting phase of growth for Home from Home Care and HFHC Specialist Supported Living. You will build on our existing relationships with more than 50 funding authorities, identify new opportunities and pathways for our unique data informed model and secure and manage new partnership ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, productive relationships at leadership level with commissioners and stakeholders
- Generate new enquiries and identify unmet need and growth opportunities
- Identify new opportunities and pathways for referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services at events and exhibitions
- Be involved in fee and service negotiations and provide market insight
- Support bid writing, service commissioning and assessment of new growth opportunities
This hybrid/remote role will involve regular travel, with accommodation and travel expenses provided.
Requirements:
- A natural relationship builder with a commercial mindset who has experience of social care
- Experience in account management, business development or partnership roles
- Ability to convey a unique model of data informed care
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
