About You

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team at HFHC Specialist Supported Living. For this role, you will need a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

About the Role

As a Support Worker you’ll work as part of our ONE TEAM to deliver exceptional care and support to the individuals living within the home. A large part of your role is to help individuals gain new life skills, connect with their communities, and provide outcomes to help them to live an ordinary’ life. Therefore we are looking for staff members that want to be out every day, engaging in different, exciting and fun activities and encouraging the Individuals We Support to try new things.

  • Supporting the individual to maintain their household including pets
  • Signpost to other external agencies

HFHC Specialist Supported Living provides carers and support workers to people in their own homes.

All our staff are recruited to match each client’s specific individual needs, location and stage of life.

We provide highly responsive, safe and effective care – delivered by trained, caring and compassionate staff; maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

Support includes personal care and physical support, mental health support and companionship– from a few hours a week to 24-hour care.
