About this role

As a Data Intelligence Analyst at Home from Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in our data analytics and intelligence efforts. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. If you are a data enthusiast with a strong analyitical mindset we invite you to be part of our dynamic and passionate team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and objectives
  • Collect and process data from various sources, including databases, API’s and external datasets
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation and normalisation to ensure data quality
  • Develop and maintain models, dashboards and reports for actionable insights
  • Conduct in depth analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data accuracy, completeness and relevanc

About You

Essential:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related role
  • Creative data visualisation skills (Microsoft, Power BI)
  • Familiariry with data visualisation tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (eg SQL, Python)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team]Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Structured approach to the organisation of reportproducts

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with HTML, Python and Javascript
  • Knowledge of JSON data types (PostgreSQL interrogation of form data)
