About this role
As a Data Intelligence Analyst at Home from Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in our data analytics and intelligence efforts. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and objectives
- Collect and process data from various sources, including databases, API’s and external datasets
- Perform data cleaning, transformation and normalisation to ensure data quality
- Develop and maintain models, dashboards and reports for actionable insights
- Conduct in depth analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data accuracy, completeness and relevanc
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related role
- Creative data visualisation skills (Microsoft, Power BI)
- Familiariry with data visualisation tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (eg SQL, Python)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team]Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Structured approach to the organisation of reportproducts
Desirable:
- Familiarity with HTML, Python and Javascript
- Knowledge of JSON data types (PostgreSQL interrogation of form data)
