About You
We need a professional, motivated team player that works within our ‘ONE TEAM’ approach. You must have previous experience with learning disabilities in a professional/personal setting. A full driving license and own vehicle is required to be considered for this position due to the location of all 11 homes.
The successful candidate will be a qualified registered Nurse Associate or willing to work towards that qualification.

About the Role
This is an exciting role to work as part of a wider Health and Wellbeing team. We are looking for a full-time qualified (or willing to work towards being qualified) Nurse Associate to:
• Promote Health and wellbeing for individuals we support
• Monitor and promote good nutrition and digestion.
• Ensure clinical tasks and observations are completed and recorded effectively.
• Contribute to person-centred care planning and promote health and independence.
• Promote health equality and access to health services.
• Monitor and review health and wellbeing using data analysis.
• Train and mentor colleagues on healthy lifestyle and complex health tasks.
This role will suit someone who is keen to progress their career in an ‘Outstanding’ service and make a real difference to people’s lives!
