On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks

Join our dedicated team at Home From Home Care, where we take pride in creating safe, homely environments for our residents. We are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance Joiner to support ongoing maintenance across our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of general maintenance and joinery tasks across our properties
  • Install, repair and maintain doors, windows, fittings and other wood-based elements
  • Perform basic plumbing and general building work
  • Assist with fire door checks, repairs and installation
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure all maintenance needs are met
  • Participate in an on-call rota (1 in every 4 weeks)

About you:

  • Good all-round building knowledge
  • Joinery background with hands-on experience
  • Fire door experience or qualifications desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability essential
  • Full UK driving license
