Resource Co-Ordinator/Scheduler

About the Role
This is an exciting role to work as part of a wider Operations Resource Management team to deliver robust daily resource management to the business, using our IT Platform. The role will require you to be able to work on a rota basis over a 7 day week.
- Collaborate with the home managers to ensure allocation of the right staff is in the right place at the right time
- Attend the location of our homes to meet with home managers
- Reallocate shifts due to absences ensuring you effectively communicate changes
- Participate in shared on-call duties as required
- Working to tight deadlines to ensure all homes are running with required numbers
About You
We need a professional, motivated team player that works within our ‘ONE TEAM’ approach.
- Previous experience in a co-ordinator or scheduler role preferred
- Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out of office
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
