Shift Working Patterns

  • 2 Week Rolling Rota
  • Start 21:00/22:00 PM
  • Finish at 07:00/08:00 AM

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Night Support Workers to join our growing team at HFHC Healthcare. For this role, you will be responsible for the safeguarding our individual’s during the nights and offering individual support when required.

HFHC Healthcare provides carers and support workers to people in their own homes as well as supported living.

All our staff are recruited to match each client’s specific individual needs, location and stage of life.

We provide highly responsive, safe and effective care – delivered by trained, caring and compassionate staff; maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

Support includes personal care and physical support, mental support and companionship for people needing a little extra help – from a few hours a week to 24-hour care.

**The advertised hourly rate is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. HFHC Healthcare has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday**
