The best measure of a care organisation is how the people delivering that care feel about the work they do. In our 2026 colleague survey, 98% of colleagues said their role makes a difference to the individuals we support – one of the results we’re most pleased to see.
It’s why so many people choose a career in care, and why so many stay at Home From Home Care, where there are over 100 roles across the organisation.
Every year, our colleague survey tells us what’s working, where we need to improve, and how to keep building a workplace people enjoy being part of. This year, 266 colleagues took part – a 68% response rate.

Always Improving
What we’re proudest of isn’t the scores on their own – it’s seeing real movement in the areas we focused on after last year’s survey: more meaningful one-to-one conversations, clearer links between feedback and career development, and colleagues feeling more rewarded for the work they do.
We’ve also been improving RaiseIt, the feature on Zone Standard – our care management platform – that lets colleagues submit ideas to help shape the workplace.
