Most of the time, leaving an employer and getting a new job is a great move – but we’re such a great place to work, people COME BACK to work here!
Over the last two years, a whopping 25 colleagues have returned to work with us and we couldn’t be happier.
We’ve always thought we were a great place to work, and it’s fabulous that our top team seems to agree.

Sam spent a year away from Home From Home Care before rejoining in April 2022. He has since been promoted to assistant manager at The Hollies. He said:
“I came back because I missed supporting the individuals, I missed the great support network from colleagues, and I think it’s a really forward thinking company.

“Since returning I have already progressed to Assistant Manager and I love the diversity in my role. No two days are ever the same – one day I might support an individual to enjoy a trip to the beach, and the next day take a group to a brewery experience in Wales!”

Michelle also spent around a year away from Home From Home Care before deciding to return in March 2022 (we’re starting to spot a theme here…) She became our new assistant manager at The Old Hall. She said:

Katie, positive behaviour support partner, rejoined Home From Home Care this year after a couple of years working for another provider. Katie said:

“Colleagues are really valued here, and since returning I have been supported to progress and feel my role is really suited to me. I love the sense of achievement I get from working here.
